RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At ONX SHINE, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer you the right of return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition

  • The product must be in its original, intact packaging

  • You must present proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at the store's email address before the 14 days expire—mentioning the order number and the reason for the return—or complete the return form. We will respond within a maximum of 2 business days with return instructions.

After completing the form or receiving the instructions, the product must be sent to the following address:

Refund:

Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Shipping costs for returned products are non-refundable.
