SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Methods

All orders placed on the ONX SHINE website are shipped by courier service directly to your specified address or to pickup points / parcel lockers.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: After being picked up by the courier, actual delivery usually takes 1-5 business days.

  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • For orders under 100 EUR, the shipping cost is 10 EUR.

  • For orders over 100 EUR, delivery is FREE.

  • Shipping costs for returned products are non-refundable!

4. Receiving the Parcel

Please check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If you notice visible signs of damage on the packaging, you have the right to refuse acceptance or request the courier to draw up a damage report statement (proces-verbal de constatare).
