PAICAR DA-02 - Medium-Hard orange foam polishing pad

The DA-02 foam polishing pad has been developed to optimize the performance of the PAICAR 02 polishing compound, especially when used in conjunction with a dual-action (orbital) polisher.

The orange foam of the DA-02 pad is designed to quickly remove medium to deep defects and scratches, acting effectively on most paint and clear coat systems on the market.

For the DA-02 pad, a medium-cut foam was chosen, with density and PPI (pores per inch) characteristics that guarantee high durability, excellent stability, shape and hardness retention throughout the entire polishing process, as well as smooth handling without a "grabbing" effect.

Combined with the PAICAR 02 polishing compound, the orange DA-02 sponge offers fast and efficient cutting capacity while managing to leave a clean, bright finish with a high level of gloss.

The special shape of this pad was specifically designed to support the dual-action (orbital) movement, while also allowing for polishing of narrower or hard-to-reach areas and reducing the risk of overheating or burning the clear coat.

The 25 mm height improves operator sensitivity and provides a more stable, vibration-free working process. Also, to keep the temperature as low as possible, an open-cell foam was chosen, which allows for heat dissipation and keeps the surface cool during work.

The open-cell structure and foam density optimize the use of PAICAR 02 compound, reducing product consumption and keeping the pad moist for longer.

Warnings & Maintenance

• Clean the pad frequently during use using compressed air or a special pad brush.

• Wash by hand or in the washing machine using a special pad/microfiber detergent, without fabric softener.

• Dry naturally, with the foam side facing down, away from direct heat sources.
