PAICAR DA-03 - Medium-fine blue foam polishing pad

The DA-03 foam polishing pad has been developed to optimize the performance of the PAICAR 03 finishing compound, especially when used with a dual action (orbital) polisher.

The light blue foam of the DA-03 pad is designed to remove holograms, moderate defects, and medium-fine scratches, acting effectively on most paint and clear coat systems on the market.

For the DA-03 pad, a medium-soft (finish) foam was selected, with density and PPI (pores per inch) characteristics that guarantee high durability, absolute stability, shape retention throughout the entire polishing process, as well as homogeneous maneuverability, without a "grabbing" effect.

Combined with the PAICAR 03 finishing polish, the light blue DA-03 sponge ensures excellent finishing capacity and allows for the achievement of extremely high levels of gloss. For this reason, it is frequently used as a final finishing step after previous more aggressive cutting steps.

The special shape of this pad was specifically engineered to support the dual action (orbital) movement, while also allowing for the polishing of tighter or hard-to-reach areas and reducing the risk of overheating or burning the clear coat.

The 25 mm height improves operator sensitivity and provides a more stable, vibration-free work process.

The open-cell structure and foam density also help to optimize the use of the PAICAR 03 compound, reducing product consumption and keeping the pad moist for longer.

Warnings & Maintenance
