Product Description
Formulated for the efficient removal of light swirls, micro-scratches, and residual holograms left by previous cutting steps, this fine polish is also ideal for removing sanding marks between P3000 and P4000, preparing the surface for the protection stage.
Its refined action restores color depth and enhances the natural gloss of the paint, giving the surface a uniform look, free of visual imperfections.
Easy to work with thanks to its water-based, dust-free, and residue-free formula, it guarantees a clean and smooth polishing experience, minimizing the need for intermediate cleaning. Wiping is quick and easy, allowing the operator to move on to the next step with ease, without leaving streaks or oily residues.
Completely free of silicone and fillers, it offers a real and transparent result, ideal for precise inspection and to ensure optimal adhesion of sealants or ceramic coatings.
How to Use
1. Surface Preparation
-
Ensure the surface is clean and properly decontaminated (thorough wash, and if necessary, clay bar decontamination).
-
Dry the panel completely before beginning the polishing process.
2. Choosing the Pad
-
Use a soft or medium foam pad, ideal for the finishing stage.
-
It is recommended to use with a dual-action (orbital) polisher for better control and a deeper finish.
3. Applying the product
-
Shake the bottle well before use.
-
Apply 3–4 drops of product onto the pad.
-
Spread PAICAR 03 on the panel with the machine turned off, gently dabbing the surface.
4. Working process
-
Start spreading PAICAR 03 at the lowest speed setting.
-
Gradually increase the speed up to 4500 RPM.
-
Work on surfaces of approximately 40×60 cm (about the size of 6 pads), executing cross-hatch passes (horizontal and vertical).
-
Apply light and constant pressure, keeping the pad perfectly flat on the surface.
5. Inspecting the result
-
After 3–4 passes, stop the polishing cycle (about 2 minutes).
-
Remove residues with a clean, soft microfiber towel.
-
Inspect the panel with an inspection lamp to verify the removal of holograms and micro-scratches.
6. Finishing
-
Once the desired finish is achieved, apply a sealant, wax, or ceramic coating to protect and enhance the result.
Pro Tips
-
The polish contains no silicone or fillers, so the visual result is real and unmasked.
-
It is also ideal for pre-coating inspections, where a perfectly clean surface is crucial, after a degreasing step (panel prep).
-
Always work in well-lit and dust-free environments for an impeccable finish.
