Step-by-Step Usage Instructions

1. Surface preparation

• The surface must already be corrected and finished, free of visible defects.

• Remove any residue from the previous polish using a clean and soft microfiber towel along with a degreasing solution (IPA / panel prep).

• Verify that the panel is cool, dry, and that you are working in a controlled environment.

2. Pad selection

• Use an ultra-soft or finishing foam pad, ideal for achieving maximum gloss.

• It is recommended to use with a dual action (orbital) polisher with a maximum throw of 8 mm for a gentle and uniform polishing process.

3. Product application

• Shake the bottle well.

• Apply 2–3 drops of product onto the pad.

• Spread the polish over the panel with the machine turned off, dabbing slightly to avoid splattering.

4. Working process

• Start at a low speed to distribute the product.

• Slightly increase the speed to activate the polishing action, maintaining minimal pressure.

• Work on small surfaces (approximately 40×40 cm), performing cross-hatch passes (horizontal and vertical).

• The goal is to even out the surface, eliminating haze, holograms, and residual marring marks.

5. Result inspection

• After 2–4 passes, stop the polishing cycle.

• Remove residue with a clean and dry microfiber towel.

• Inspect the panel with an inspection lamp to verify clarity and optimal gloss.

6. Final protection

• Once the desired finish is achieved, clean the surface with a degreasing solution (IPA) and apply the chosen sealant, wax, or ceramic coating.
