FINISH
Designed to provide efficient and versatile correction, this abrasive paste is ideal for removing heavy swirl marks (spider webbing), moderate scratches, and visible defects, including sanding marks between P1500 and P2000.
Its balanced water-based formula ensures fine and controlled processing, allowing the operator to achieve consistent results with a minimal risk of creating secondary defects. Due to its versatility, it can be used with rotary polishers for more aggressive correction, or with dual-action (orbital) polishers for a more refined and well-controlled finish.
Its composition allows for the progressive removal of defects, making it perfect for intermediate correction work on new, used, or reconditioned (repainted) paints. Wiping off product residue is extremely easy, reducing working time and simplifying the cleaning process.
Directions for Use
1. Surface Preparation
-
Ensure the surface is clean and properly decontaminated (thorough wash, and if necessary, decontamination with a clay bar).
-
Dry the panel completely before starting the polishing process.
2. Pad Selection
-
For more aggressive correction: use a microfiber pad with a rotary polisher.
-
For a superior finish: use a medium foam pad with a dual-action (orbital) polisher.
3. Product Application
-
Shake the bottle well.
-
Apply 3–4 drops of product to the pad.
-
Spread the paste over the panel with the machine off, dabbing the surface lightly.
4. Working Process
-
Start spreading PAICAR 01 at the lowest speed setting.
-
Gradually increase the speed to activate the abrasive action.
-
Work on areas of approximately 40×40 cm, using cross-hatch passes (horizontal and vertical).
-
Apply light pressure, keeping the pad perfectly flat on the surface.
5. Inspection
-
After 3–4 passes, stop the polishing cycle (approximately 2 minutes).
-
Remove residues with a clean, soft microfiber towel.
-
Inspect the panel with an inspection lamp to verify the removal of defects.
6. Finishing
-
If necessary, follow up with a finishing paste to enhance gloss and color depth. Then, protect the surface with a sealant or wax.
Pro Tips
-
Always work in controlled environments, avoiding direct sunlight.
-
